Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Manager to head up one of our new locations in Ealing Broadway. You’ll be serving up amazing speciality coffee & artisan bakes in a busy environment with a focus on quality and quick service.

Joe Blake’s currently has 3 locations across London and will be growing to 5 in the next 3 months, its a great time to join the team and come on board.

Over the next 3 years, we plan to open a further 10 locations across London, so the desire to progress will be key.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll have a deep background in coffee and speciality, potentially with Cafe Manager experience already.

You’ll have a positive outlook and an ability create a fun environment

You’ll be ready for the journey, some days will be tough, you’ll need to be ready to see it through.

The role will be focused on three core areas within Joe Blake’s - Customer, Team & Business

Customer:

Be a role model for those around you - show them how it’s done! It’s going to be busy, so speed is critical. Ensure that product quality is always exceptional

Team:

Build great relationships with your team and foster an open environment, encouraging personal development

Supporting your team to beat sales targets, manage GP% and ensure we plan to have right person, right place, right time to serve our customers

Business:

Know how to drive sales and manage costs know what a good counter looks like and how to maintain it Slick communication skills
